Terms of Service

1. Overview

These terms govern the services provided by STAKVAX (“we,” “us”). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, and e-commerce solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

3. Payments

• We require 50% upfront before starting work
• Remaining 50% is due upon delivery
• We accept bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS), UPI, and international wire transfers
• All prices for Indian clients are inclusive of GST

4. Revisions

Each project includes an agreed number of revision rounds (typically 3). Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at a pre-agreed hourly rate.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive complete ownership of all project deliverables including source code, design files, and assets. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all project details, business information, and communications as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent.

7. Project Timelines

We provide estimated timelines at the start of each project. Delays caused by late feedback, scope changes, or additional requirements may extend the timeline. We communicate any changes proactively.

8. Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with initial concepts before development begins, we'll refund your deposit minus any completed work. Once development is underway, we work together to get the project right.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
